His Story:

 I was just like the prodigal son. I grew up believing the gospel of Jesus Christ and received the truth about God. Later I had strayed from the truth. I was doing things I never imagined I would be doing. I was chasing after the things this world offered - relationships, drugs, music, and alcohol. I had hardened my heart to the Lord and was walking in darkness for a few years while others prayed for my soul. Eventually my sin had found me out. My relationships, even with my family were getting sabotaged by the foolish decisions I was making and the lifestyle I was living.

A few people who were full of the Holy Spirit and the love of God came and impacted my life forever. They had the light of God shining through their eyes and they cared about me no matter what I was involved in. They showed me the love of Jesus and invited me to Monday Nights Live in Costa Mesa. After a few times of telling them I would go, I finally went and met the Lord there. It was the Father working on my heart - answering the prayers of those who asked for me to return to God. The power of God's love had freed my life - abolished every chain of darkness that was latching onto my soul.

Looking at what God has done in me and for me, I now dedicate my life to follow Jesus and obey His calling for my life. I am called to lead my family (which God alone has restored) in the ways of Jesus. He has called me to evangelize, make disciples, and teach His Word. The Lord is so faithful that I just want to be a faithful servant. I'm captured by His love for me.
